Data sources and licences
Independent website. Data comes from Spain’s Ministry for Ecological Transition and the other public sources cited; these bodies do not sponsor or endorse this website.
This inventory distinguishes original data, our transformations and the applicable terms. Sources were reviewed on 31 October 2026. That is not each API’s update date: where the specific download date cannot be verified, we say so. A price’s update date is displayed with that price and is not replaced by this page’s revision date.
Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge: fuel prices
Original source · Official licence or terms
Terms: MITECO Open Data reuse conditions, for commercial and non-commercial use; no unverified CC licence is assigned.
Prices, opening hours, addresses and our historical series built from downloads. We calculate minima, averages and rankings; reported prices are not altered. Source, date and meaning must be preserved, without implying institutional endorsement.

MITERD / DGT: charging points
Original source · Official licence or terms
Terms: Creative Commons Attribution as stated in the NAP record, without an explicit version; CC BY 4.0 is not assumed.
MITERD is listed as owner and DGT as publisher. We group points by location to compare power and connectors; live occupancy, availability and each charger’s public tariff are not known.
Documentary review: 31 October 2026. Data or download date: no verified date for the specific import is recorded in this inventory; see the displayed data and original source.
DGT: fixed speed cameras
Original source · Official licence or terms
Terms: Creative Commons Attribution, with no version specified in the record reviewed.
Fixed-camera references. Dataset coverage excludes Catalonia and the Basque Country; it is not an inventory of all traffic enforcement.
Documentary review: 31 October 2026. Data or download date: no verified date for the specific import is recorded in this inventory; see the displayed data and original source.
Red Eléctrica: REData / ESIOS (PVPC)
Original source · Official licence or terms
Terms: Specific commercial permission remains unverified. Section 6.2 of the ESIOS notice prohibits commercial use; public API access does not constitute permission.
A domestic PVPC electricity-price reference; it is not the price of public charging. Documentary evidence is still needed to establish which terms or permission cover REData and the ESIOS fallback on this advertising-funded site. This page does not treat the matter as resolved.
Documentary review: 31 October 2026. Data or download date: no verified date for the specific import is recorded in this inventory; see the displayed data and original source.
IGN / CNIG
Original source · Official licence or terms
Terms: IGN/CNIG terms compatible with CC BY 4.0; attribution of the product, producers and date.
© Instituto Geográfico Nacional. Nomenclátor and Líneas Límite Municipales: selected and adapted for municipality names and centres. A municipality centre is an approximate origin, not the user’s position.
Documentary review: 31 October 2026. Data or download date: 2026-10-12
European Environment Agency / DG-CLIMA
Original source · Official licence or terms
Terms: CC BY 4.0, confirmed in the final 2024 record. Copyright DG-CLIMA; attribution EEA / DG-CLIMA. Not every annual record was checked again.
2019–2024 WLTP catalogue. We group vehicles, normalise names and calculate registration-weighted medians; estimates derived from CO₂ are distinguished from original consumption figures. These are our transformations, not new individual type-approval measurements.

European Commission: OBFCM factors and vehicle legislation
Original source · Official licence or terms
Terms: CC BY 4.0 for the Commission’s own content, subject to stated exceptions and third-party material.
Report published on 18 March 2024. Average factors are used as an approximation to real-world use; they do not predict your vehicle’s consumption. Carbon-balance calculations draw on Regulation (EU) 2017/1151 and their assumptions are identified on vehicle pages.

OpenStreetMap
Original source · Official licence or terms
Terms: Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0
© OpenStreetMap contributors. Map data used by the map, routing service and airport geographic references. Attribution and derived-database conditions apply where relevant; ODbL is not the licence for all of this website’s code.
Documentary review: 31 October 2026. Data or download date: no verified date for the specific import is recorded in this inventory; see the displayed data and original source.
OpenRouteService / HeiGIT
Original source · Official licence or terms
Terms: ORS results: CC BY-SA 4.0 under the HeiGIT terms reviewed. Credit OpenRouteService / HeiGIT and underlying sources; this differs from OSM’s ODbL.
Distances, travel times, routes and place search. The geocoder credits OSM, OpenAddresses, GeoNames and Who’s On First, under their respective terms. The terms restrict submitting personal data: compatibility of coordinate and address processing still needs review; rounding does not establish anonymity.
Documentary review: 31 October 2026. Data or download date: no verified date for the specific import is recorded in this inventory; see the displayed data and original source.
BOE / EUR-Lex
Original source · Official licence or terms
Terms: BOE standard reuse licence, resolution of 27 June 2024: commercial and non-commercial use subject to its conditions; it does not cover logos or all third-party material.
Technical and tax legislation references, linked to the original. Summaries, formulas and scenarios are our own work; consolidated legislation is informational. A review date alone does not establish that every measure remains in force.
Documentary review: 31 October 2026. Data or download date: no verified date for the specific import is recorded in this inventory; see the displayed data and original source.
Maps: OpenFreeMap and its materials
OpenFreeMap provides map styles and tiles. Its project is MIT-licensed; OpenStreetMap data is ODbL, so MIT does not cover the whole map. © OpenStreetMap contributors. © OpenMapTiles. OpenMapTiles code is BSD-3-Clause and its design is CC BY 4.0. Positron derives from CartoDB Basemaps by Stamen and Paul Norman for CartoDB Inc. (CC BY 3.0), with the Positron style design under CC BY 4.0. The catalogue reviewed does not separately document the Dark style’s provenance, which still needs tracing.
Noto Sans: SIL Open Font License 1.1. Maki icons: CC0 1.0; Natural Earth: public-domain data, according to the provider’s inventory. Terms and attributions were reviewed on 31 October 2026; map resources are requested from the provider when loaded and no single tile-edition date is available here.

Fonts, icons and libraries
- Geist / Geist Mono: SIL OFL 1.1. © 2024 The Geist Project Authors. Self-hosted fonts for text and numbers.
- Noto Sans: SIL OFL 1.1. Map glyphs served by OpenFreeMap.
- Lucide: ISC. SVG icons, with the Lucide/Feather notices applicable to the material.
- MapLibre GL JS 6.11.1: BSD-3-Clause. © 2023 MapLibre contributors. Map rendering engine; its licence file includes notices for incorporated components.
- Astro / @astrojs/sitemap: MIT. Site-generation and sitemap tools; a development dependency is not necessarily code served to visitors.
Licences checked against packages and the inventory dated 31 October 2026. Bricolage Grotesque and Figtree appear as OFL-1.1 dependencies, but no use was identified in the audited interface. Required full notices must accompany redistributed files; this list of links does not replace that obligation.
Sources with no verified direct integration
The Spanish-site review found no direct INE, EIA or ECB feed. An INE municipality code alone does not establish a statistical import. We therefore do not credit those bodies with series that have not been identified. Their reference terms, reviewed on 31 October 2026, are:
- INE: reuse of information for which it is the original source under its legal notice; direct access was limited during the check.
- EIA: reuse of government products with acknowledgement and date; exceptions apply to third-party material and the logo.
- ECB: accuracy, attribution and modification conditions in its official notice; no licence is assumed for third-party material.
Errors, changes and outstanding permissions
The inventory lets you check each use against its source rather than applying one generic licence to everything. REE/ESIOS commercial permission and contractual compatibility of the ORS processing flow remain open. Citing a source does not establish permission for restricted uses: permission or specific terms must be documented. To report incorrect attribution, a missing date or provide documented permission, email [email protected].
